A little Vintage here, a little Vintage there...

So I wasn't really into the whole retro/vintage clothing style, but I have to say after I discovered one online shopping website, it changed my mind!! If you love vintage clothing or have doubts about the style, either way you need to check out http://www.modcloth.com/ because this will change your mind. Let's just say if you love dresses, this will be like walking into a department store full of them. They have over 300 retro/vintage dresses that are so adorable that you'll leave the website wanting to buy more then one. The dresses range from casual to dressy, every style possible. I love this website because you won't be able to find these dresses in any store at the mall. Let's just say they are very unique dresses intended to make you feel pretty and what girl doesn't want that! Of course other than carrying plenty of beautiful dresses they also have a variety of tops, bottoms, accessories, and shoes. You can never have too many...Cardigans!

Cardigans are great year round because of all the different styles and material that they come in. If you work in an office and it's cold there, you can always look stylish with a cute cardigan. Whoever thinks that cardigans remind you of grandma, well I feel sorry for you hun, because you've been hanging out with grandma too much. You can find many different cardigans that will fit your style. Whether you're looking for a light or thick material cardigan, don't worry I'm sure you'll be able to find it in many colors. I must say, I'm guilty for my huge obsessive collection of cardigans in all colors, from ruffles to stripes, cropped to waist length to sequins. If you want to play up your cardigan, just add a cute belt or cute accessories. Always make sure you're not overdoing it or under doing it, like adding a belt to a cardigan full of ruffles or wearing a cute cardigan with sloppy pants. Also, it's always a good idea to have a couple of cardigans with cute prints that way if you don't have time to get ready in the morning, just grab your printed cardigan, add a pair of slacks or a skirt, throw on a pair of earrings and you're out the door because this will give you enough style without being plain. You can find cute cardigans anywhere from Forever 21 to Ann Taylor Loft, Express to Fossil. Here are some cute and affordable examples below!
Fossil Shiloh Sweater ($49.99) The chunky look of this cardigan looks great with boots.

Express Embellished Mohair Open Cardigan ($39.99)  This is a great wear to work look.

Be a golden girl!

I know it's been forever since I've posted anything, but I'm back and I've got news! The news is....you don't have to be a gold digger to love the color gold! Gold and neutrals are in this season, but then again when is it ever really out? These are my two favorite colors to dress in no matter what season it is. If you like MK (Michael Kors: http://www.michaelkors.com/) as much as I do, you'll notice that when you go on his website he gives a shout out to the lovely neutrals too! I feel like he has the best gold and neutral tone watches, apparel and jewelry for this season, but that's just my own bias of course. His stuff is a little pricey, so if you're digging the gold and neutral tones as much as I am, you can still find great items else where for less. Here's a list of places you can get some gold and neutral tone stuff from. Remember, it's important to own some gold and neutral tone accessories, shoes and apparel because they are easy to match and can be made into a day or night outfit.
