Put a little Vest in your life!...

Hi! I hope you're having a great start to the weekend. We're heading to the beach today to check out the new pier that's been built, so I'm excited and nervous to get on the coasters!

I have been dying to find a denim vest in a shade that would go with everything and I finally found one. This one is perfect and comfortable. Given the hot 100 degree weather in Texas, I am still able to wear it during the day. I'm a little sad that we can't wear cute sweaters or jackets here yet, but just a couple more months before that can happen. 

I love a great denim vest because you can throw it over a dress, pair it with shorts or whatever you choose. Also, I love how you can throw it over a dress that's meant to be more dressed up and dress it down (like the one below). This dress is actually meant to be dressed up, I did wear it to a graduation one time, but after throwing the vest on I was able to dress it down and have a casual dinner outfit.
